Delivery
- Software
Delivery of the software is
accomplished through downloading from
here.
For PayPal payment, an email
containing the software activation instructions will be sent to you
INSTANTLY once the payment is successfully received. Follow
the simple steps described in the registration instructions to
unlock your software. The whole process (from payment to software
unlock) takes only five minutes.
For Share-it payment, the
software activation instructions email will be sent within 24 to 48 hours
of purchase.

Converters, Cables, and CD, etc.
Hardware shipping normally takes
2 to 3 business days for U.S. shipping, and 5 to 12 business days
for International shipping.
If you need Express shipping,
please recognize that it takes about 2 - 4 business days
(excluding customs clearance) for International shipping, and 1 to
2 business days for U.S. shipping (FedEx Next-Day or 2-Day pack).
Tracking
number will be provided (normally within 24 hours of purchase) for
all shipments!
Software
activation and
Shipment tracking
A "Software activation & shipment
tracking instructions" email will be sent to your registered email
address for software activation and shipment tracking. For
orders through PayPal, this email will be sent automatically
within 5 minutes of purchase. For orders through Share-it, it will
be sent within 24 to 48 hours.
However, if you do not receive above
email within 2 hours for PayPal orders or 24 hours for Share-it
orders, most of the time this is because an
invalid email address has been provided, please
