CONDITIONS OF USE
Welcome to CommFront's website. CommFront and its associates provide their
services to you subject to the following conditions. Product
purchased from CommFront or its Affiliates is
subject to these terms and conditions. Please read them
carefully.
WARRANTY AND
RETURNS
 CommFront's products have
been proven to be reliable. All CommFront's hardware products sold
from this website come with a 30-day Risk-Free Money-Back guarantee and a
5-year Warranty from the date of purchase. Products that are
damaged or modified are not covered. Seller will, without charge,
repair or provide a replacement for any of the products
which prove to be defective in materials or workmanship
within five (5) years from the date of purchase ("Warranty
Period").
If, within the Warranty Period, Buyer discovers a defect in
materials or workmanship which interferes with the operation
of any product, Buyer must promptly notify Seller, in
writing, of such defect. Seller's sole obligation to Buyer
under this Warranty is to repair and correct any defect in
material or workmanship, or provide a replacement product to
Buyer. Seller's decision with respect to the applicability
of this Warranty to any defect shall be final and
conclusive. Seller reserves the right to require Buyer, at
Buyer's sole cost and expense, to return any defective
product, including any alterations made thereto, Seller's
store in USA or Singapore.
Seller does not warrant against abrasion, corrosion or
erosion. Seller shall not be liable to Buyer or to any other
person for work done or repairs made, to remedy any defect,
by any person who is not an authorized representative of
Seller, unless Seller's written consent is first obtained by
Buyer. This Warranty does not apply to, and is rendered null
and void by, any product which, after leaving Seller's
store: (a) is repaired or altered without Seller's prior
written approval; (b) is the subject of improper storage,
installation or operation; (c) is the subject of intentional
or negligent misuse, misapplication, neglect or accident; or
(d) is not used, repaired or altered in accordance with
Seller's written instructions.
Seller expressly reserves the right to declare this Warranty
null and void upon Buyer's failure to make full and timely
payments with respect to any products purchased by Buyer
from Seller, in which event all of Seller's obligations, and
Buyer's rights, under this Warranty, shall immediately
terminate.
RETURN POLICY
You may return
hardware items sold by CommFront within 30 days of
purchase for a full refund (minus shipping charges) by the same method in which
payment was received, shipping charges
and any duties, taxes or brokerage fees are the customer's
responsibility.
Please complete the RMA form
to get allocated a RMA number, returns shall only be
accepted when a valid RMA number has been issued. RMA
numbers are valid for 14 business days after receipt.
Please note
that we are unable to exchange items unless you received a
damaged, defective, or incorrect item. In addition, we can
only issue partial refunds for the return of any item that
is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing
parts.
All custom orders are
non-returnable and non-cancelable.
All orders with discounted
pricing are non-returnable and non-cancelable.

REFUND POLICY
We can process returns and
refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled
by our websites, such return and refund
requests must be done within 30 days of purchase.
We will
notify you via email of your refund once we have received
and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in
the same form of payment originally used for the purchase 1 to 7 business days
after we receive your return. However, please note that we
do not issue refunds after 30 days of purchase.
Additionally, software, shipping/handling costs,
and 3rd party service charges (if applicable) are not refundable once
the software is activated, the license
code is delivered, or the service is rendered.
SHIPPING POLICY
We provide worldwide shipping for all our hardware products. Given availability of items ordered, U.S.
orders are normally shipped the next business day, Priority
Shipping with an ETA of 2 - 3 days. Also given availability
of items ordered, international orders are normally shipped
the next business day, Global Priority or Registered
Articles if available to that location with an ETA of 5 - 12
days. Large quantities or custom orders may take longer and
customer will be notified of ETA. Express shipping options
are available and cost, delivery method, shipment schedule
and ETA will be arranged with customer at time of purchase.
Note: Shipping/handling costs and 3rd party service
charges (if applicable) are not refundable once the service is
rendered.
