FREE Worldwide Shipping

We offer fast, free tracked shipping to most countries, including the U.S., Canada, the EU, and the Asia-Pacific region.

  • U.S. Orders: Ship same day or next business day.

    • ETA: 3-5 business days.

    • Carrier: USPS Priority Mail (FREE) or FedEx/UPS Ground (FREE on orders over $300).

  • International Orders: Ship same day or next business day.

    • ETA: 7-21 business days.

    • Carrier: Registered Airmail with tracking.

Optional Express Shipping

Need your order faster? Upgrade to an express service.

  • U.S. Orders: Choose FedEx / UPS Overnight or FedEx / UPS 2-Day.

  • International Orders: Typically delivered in 3-5 business days (excluding customs clearance). Delivery time depends on the destination.

  • Use Your Own Account: You can provide your own FedEx, UPS, DHL, or TNT account number at checkout.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be added to your order, typically within 24 business hours of your order. You can also find the tracking number or check your shipment status in your account on our website.

Important Notes:

  • U.S. Express Cutoff: Orders placed before 4:30 p.m. EST ship the same day or next business day. Orders after this time ship the next business day.

  • Carrier Delays: Occasional carrier pickups may add a 1-business-day delay.

  • PO Boxes: Cannot be used for express shipping services (FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT).

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees.

  • Software Delivery: Software and drivers are delivered digitally via email or download; no physical media is shipped.

  • Haven't Received Your Order? Please contact us within 14 business days of your order date so we can investigate with the carrier. The shipping company's Proof of Delivery (PoD) is considered confirmation of delivery.

 

Return and Refund Policy

You may return any hardware product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (minus original shipping charges). Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

To Initiate a Return:

  1. Complete our RMA form to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.

  3. The RMA is valid for 14 days after it is issued.

Once we receive and process your return, we will email you to confirm your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Please Note:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition. Items that are damaged, used, or have missing parts may only receive a partial refund.

  • No refunds are issued after 30 days from purchase.

  • Original shipping costs and service charges are non-refundable.

  • Software licenses are non-refundable once the license key has been delivered.

  • All custom orders are final and cannot be returned or canceled.
