FREE Worldwide Shipping
CommFront offers fast global shipping including U.S., Canada, EU, and Asia Pacific countries and regions. All shipping comes with a tracking number so for customers to easily trace their orders. Given the availability of items ordered, U.S. orders are normally shipped on the same day or the next business day, with an ETA of two (2) to three (3) business days using USPS Priority Mail (FREE) or FedEx/UPS Ground (FREE for orders above $300). Also, given the availability of items ordered, international orders are normally shipped the same day or the next business day, with an ETA of seven (7) to fourteen (14) Business Days by using Registered Airmail.
1) In view of COVID-19, while we always strive to deliver your orders on time, please note that unexpected delays might occur due to government and companies' health protocols. In addition, the Free International Registered Airmail shipments are likely to be significantly delayed due to flight cancellation and/or global border controls. For fast and safe delivery, we strongly recommend customers to use their own FedEx or DHL/UPS/TNT account number or choose FedEx/UPS/DHL Express shipping during check out.

Optional Express Shipping
Express shipping options are available. Given the availability of items order, U.S. orders come with the options of FedEx Overnight and FedEx 2-Day. Also, given the availability of items ordered, international orders' delivery time depends on the customer's location; as a general guide, it normally takes about two (2) to four (4) business days, excluding customs clearance. Customers may use their own FedEx, UPS, DHL, or TNT account; alternatively, you may choose the desired shipping mode. Both options are available when you order from our secure online store.
Regardless of Free Shipping or optional Express Shipping, we provide the tracking number typically within twenty-four (24) business hours. Customers may login to their accounts to retrieve the tracking number and check the shipment status on the shipping company's website.
Please note that:
1. For U.S. customers, the cutoff time for our Express Shipping orders is 4:30 p.m. EST. Express shipping orders received after 4:30p.m. EST will be shipped on the next business day.
2. PO Box addresses are not accepted by express shipping companies including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and TNT.
3. The customer's FedEx or UPS/DHL account number is required for volume discount orders.
4. Customs duties (if any) are to be borne by the customers.
Return and Refund Policy
You may return products sold by us within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping charges) by the same method in which payment was received; shipping charges and any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility. Please complete the RMA form to be allocated a RMA number; returns shall only be accepted when a valid RMA number has been issued. RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days after receipt.
We can process refunds only for items directly purchased from us, such return-and-refund requests must be done within thirty (30) days of purchase. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase one (1) to three (3) business days after we receive your return.
Please note that:
1. We can only issue partial refunds for the return of any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts.
2. We do not issue refunds after thirty (30) days of purchase.
3. Shipping costs and/or third party service charges are not refundable once the service is rendered.
4. All custom orders are non-returnable and non-cancelable.
