CommFront hardware products come with a 5-year warranty. Within five (5) years from the time of purchase ("Warranty Period"), if a rare malfunction should occur, CommFront will, without charge, repair or provide a replacement for any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. CommFront does not warrant against abrasion, corrosion, or erosion. CommFront shall not be liable to the Buyer or to any other person for work done or repairs made. This Warranty does not apply to, and is rendered null and void by, any product that, after leaving CommFront's store: (a) is opened, repaired, or altered without CommFront's prior written approval; (b) is the subject of improper storage, installation, or operation; (c) is the subject of intentional or negligent misuse, misapplication, neglect, or accident; or (d) is not used, repaired, or altered in accordance with CommFront's written instructions. CommFront expressly reserves the right to declare this Warranty null and void upon Buyer's failure to make full and timely payments with respect to any products purchased by the Buyer, in which event all of CommFront's obligations and the Buyer's rights under this Warranty, shall immediately terminate.
Please complete the RMA form to be allocated a RMA number; returns shall only be accepted when a valid RMA number has been issued. RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) business days after receipt.
Please note that shipping costs, custom duties and any other third party charges are to be paid for by the client.
You may return products sold by us within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping charges) by the same method in which payment was received; shipping charges and any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility. Please complete the RMA form to be allocated a RMA number; returns shall only be accepted when a valid RMA number has been issued. RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days after receipt.
We can process refunds only for items directly purchased from us, such return-and-refund requests must be done within thirty (30) days of purchase. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase one (1) to three (3) business days after we receive your return.
Please note that:
1. We can only issue partial refunds for the return of any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts.
2. We do not issue refunds after thirty (30) days of purchase.
3. Shipping costs and/or third party service charges are not refundable once the service is rendered.
4. All custom orders are non-returnable and non-cancelable.
